For US territories outside of the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands), please expect a few extra business days for shipping.

PLEASE NOTE The shipping price FOR PRINTS is calculated based on the actual weight coefficient of each item. These are average examples are for illustration only, actual shipping costs may vary.

FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS At this time we are only able to fulfill orders to the continuous 48 states. We are working to establish shipping for international orders. Shipping price FOR ORIGINALS is based upon the value of your cart. All orders will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days from the time we receive the order. Tracking and insurance are included. An order delayed in transit will not be considered lost. Should an order be lost in transit, we will begin the recovery process with the shipping company and issue a refund for the order. Tariffs, customs fees, and /or local taxes due on international shipping will be the responsibility of the receiver not Patricia Raible Artmaker.
FOR ART PRINTS: We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.
FOR ORIGINALS AND LIMITED EDITIONS: Allow 5-9 business days from the time your order is shipped. The tracking information issued at the time of shipment will be a more acurate indication of time of arrival. Late shipments are not considered lost until the shipping company agrees. Holiday shipments (most of December) will take longer.
Not at this time. Additional charges may apply. Items will be shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request. Contact us at psraible@gmail.com and we will help you get your order safely to your destination. Additional charges will apply.
FOR PRINTS: We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact psraible@gmail.com. There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
FOR ORIGINALS AND LIMITED EDITIONS: Please notify us at psraible@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving you order if you have changed your mind and would like to return it. Once your order is received in original packaging and in original condition we will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Unless your order has already gone into production or has been shipped you can cancel it. Please contact psraible@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
